Long before ROKK existed, we owned and operated businesses within the beauty, cosmetic and wellness industries—and we still do today.

Like many clinic owners, salon owners, barbers, medical professionals and treatment providers, we spent years searching for furniture that looked luxurious, felt premium and was built to withstand the demands of everyday commercial use.

Unfortunately, what we found was often disappointing.

Products looked incredible online but arrived with poor workmanship, cheap materials, inconsistent finishes and quality that simply didn't justify the price. We became frustrated with businesses being forced to choose between overpriced imported furniture and products that weren't built to last.

So we decided to create something better.

Instead of relying on wholesalers and middlemen, we travelled overseas and began researching factories ourselves. Over several years, we investigated more than 116 manufacturers, visited production facilities, reviewed manufacturing processes and tested countless products in search of the perfect manufacturing partner.

But we didn't stop there.

To find the very best, we designed our own product specifications and had the same product manufactured by ten different factories. We then compared every detail side by side—from frame construction and welding quality through to upholstery, stitching, cushioning, finishes, packaging and overall craftsmanship.

Only one factory met our standards.

That factory remains our exclusive manufacturing partner today.
